Curious if anyone makes a retrofit kit to get rid of the stock skins for accuracy international rifles for a modern aluminum sides and aluminum front rail system?

No. Why not just get an AX AICS? Aluminium skins would defeat the purpose of the original AI chassis design. You can put side-rails and replace the front block on the end of the chassis with an IMUNS or one of the official AI variants.
Does anyone sell the ax aics for the aiat 308 action? All I see is them for Remington 700 style actions.

As others said, I'm not aware of anyone making bolt on aluminum panels with accessory mounting slots for the older AT chassis... the vision chassis and ATX are the current way to achieve that configuration.

You could have bought a vision chassis for your AIAT during the last couple of years and functionally you'd have what you are describing, but unfortunately the vision chassis for the AI was recently discontinued as it's likely the ATX ate into their sales.

The AI vision chassis do pop up in the PX from time to time, however with the "oldschool" thumbhole look getting more popular it might be cheaper to sell your current AT and get a used ATX rather than buy a vision chassis for your current AT and then have to go through debonding and swapping the action and potentially the butt stock.
