There are probably 100,000 nut case Dems out there who would spike her food. Best to avoid restaurants, unless buffet style or have someone order for the entire group. Donald is very careful, she should be as well.

People have allergic reactions all the time. It’s not always something you know about or were previously allergic to. Old buddy of mine became a paramedic when everyone still used latex gloves no issues. they switched to nitrile and years later he leans on a shelf of latex gloves and goes into anaphylactic shock and now allergic to latex.
