Does anyone know if it is possible to put a MK4 windage dial with the lockout on a MK5?

I don't think so.

This might help:

Mark 5 windage turret swap

I've read some posts alluding to folks swapping the capped turret for a full size mark 8 turret. Does anyone have firsthand knowledge of doing this?
