I don't have the budget for a spotting scope and LRF Bino right now. Wondering what people's opinions are for using binos to spot for PRS type matches. Especially considering the Vectronix Vector X 12x because it has a reticle and can get up to 17x if desired. Anyone have experience using binos vs. spotting scopes for PRS type shooting? Thanks.

I brought an angled Athlon spotting scope to my first match and hated it. Everyone else was using binos and so I tried some out and it was so much better. More comfortable and with the good quality ones I was able to see trace that my spotter couldn’t pick up.

Sold the spotter and picked up a used pair of Swarovski SLC 15x56 and I see everything now. Well worth the purchase.

Skip the spotter and get some quality binos, you won’t regret it.

I bought a spotting scope, after 2 times and looking through other guys Bono’s, I honestly don’t know where the spotting scope is.

I’m hoping in my camper because I’d like to sell it 🤣🤣, but quality binos are where it’s at.
