There is a toilet and bunk in a small space behind the seats.
And no....even in fighters the pilots don't "use their "flight" suits".
Not sure what they are using now, but in the late 70's we had "piddle packs" to take up in the aircraft. That and average fighter sorty was short....of course with refueling the missions can go on for quite some time.
But there is always some way to piss.....but don't go up in a fast mover if you have loose bowels!
