Might be Ukes but also the leader of Israel is all but sure of getting put on trial if he doesn't hang onto power and he can only do that by convincing everyone of some huge threat to the state of Israel.
Trump is under either the control of or totally infatuated with Israel and as such it would make sense that Trump would figure out a way to pivot to "the new enemy" in such a way that also helps the current leader of Israel stay out of prison.

I’m pretty sure there is no documentation of Epsteins banishment from Marolago so an exact date and time of that is questionable, as is the reasoning. That being said, yes the trump/epstein decade and a half long relationship soured in 2004 over a FL real estate deal.
Trump did help the prosecution in FL during that time as they reached out to him for information. What information he gave them has never been made public to my knowledge.
