Looking at Hornady data for the 264 WM and their 129/130 gr bullets, they top out at 65.9gr of H1000.
Quickload data using default case dimensions is a little higher. Too many variables to get accurate and safe data for your situation.
Backing down to 63.5gr and running a rough pressure test with 10-15 rounds in 0.5gr increments may be a starting point.
Watch for pressure and stop before you break things. I don't mind pulling over pressure loads, so i load extra to make sure I find my rifles max, which is why im suggesting 10-15 rnds. You'll likely pressure out before getting through them.
