Pin and weld suppressor?

I dont want to SBR anything. I travel across state lines often. At least a couple of times a month and I dont want to have to do a form 5320.20 everytime I do so. I want to be able to run a rifle stock because I like to use a rear bag for far away shots and pistol braces dont ride a bag for sh!t.

As for the $200 for the pin and weld, I do my own pinning and welding. 10 seconds of welding with a tig isn't going to cost me anything.

Just FYI, interstate travel is not that difficult. You file a form that is good for 12 months. Every January I file for the states I might travel to (matches, family, vacation, etc.).

I pinned a .338 Can on my .338 ARC barrel because I will never clean it and it will never wear out in my lifetime. Suppressors can go across state lines no problem, SBR's require 5320.a's.

If you want to go one-stamp, no furniture restrictions for stocks, you can do this:

The barrel goes to 16.5”, is counter-bored, with baffles cut into the barrel itself. It’s then sleeved with a Ti tube that is secured in-place by the gas manifold in normal position, just not wrapped around the journal.

Suppressed Weapons Systems

This is what their barrels look like under the hood:

How difficult is it to clean this system?
