I get the joke, but the weight limit is to help reduces injuries of baggage handlers and nothing to do with the plane being overweight.
Bro, on May 26 about 11pm I went to the ER. This should tell anybody who knows me how dire things were. I thought my appendix was inflamed or perhaps my gallbladder had a stone. It hurt in right front just about the bottom of my ribs. Nauseous, doubled over in pain.
I had 2 kidney stones previously but many years ago and they hurt in the back.
They did a CT and I found out I had a kidney stone. They gave me fentanyl (wow that was absolutely amazing) and something for nausea, sent me home with a script for more opium and Flomax.
Well, in a couple of days I was fine. About a week out, I began to have a little ache in my groin. Periodically I had some burning when I peed. About 3 weeks out I started antibiotics because I figured I had a UTI from passing the stone.
It got a little better but about a week ago, peeing was hard and hurt. I had an appointment with the urology dept but was still a couple weeks away.
Well last night I “felt” something “pop” when I peed. My pee doubled in flow like immediately. I thought it weird but figured maybe my prostate was inflamed from the infection I believed I had.
This morning the same sensation of a pop but then my pee came out like 4 times as strong, I mean I had forgotten what it was supposed to be like.
I looked in the bowl because I felt it exit when this happened. There it was, like 7 weeks hiding in my prostate or wherever it was. Sharp as a razor too.

Then the baggage handlers should stick to their union jobs and never haul hay.
And I thought carryon luggage was always “carried on” by passengers?
BIL flys for SouthWest. Passengers are just space fillers. Money is made on the cargo in the hold. He’s flown 737’s with 3 passengers on them
If it was about safety they would have a limit, not an overweight bag fee.

Thanks for posting that, it was pretty cool to watch… Cross-posted from my nom-nom-nom post a week or so ago, but we make a similar sauce for our chicken pizzas, and if we have the time with home made crust, but typically with just a Boboli crust that we pre-cook for 8 minutes or so before we spoon on the chicken “Ragu” made from chicken cooked in olive oil and a ton of garlic, and then I add tomato paste and cook it down before adding milk, spices, and a ton of either shredded parmesan or more usual lately, a good parmesan-reggiano:
…we let that cook down so the cheese is completely melted into the sauce, and then throw on some slices of provolone or mozzarella before popping it back into the oven to melt the cheese topping:
After watching that though, I think I’ll do our next lasagna with a layer of béchamel like that; never thought to incorporate the ‘milk sauce’ that really smoothes out the acidity of the tomato-based ragu into anything other than that pizza. And nutmeg? Never thought of that as an Italian seasoning either, but what the hell, will give it a go too.
Hell, might try it on our next batch of spaghetti sauce too! LoL
