lapua large and small primer

I would expect the large rifle to run hotter than the small primer. I'd reduce and work back up if I were in your shoes, but someone may have more experience with this.

my LRP 6.5 creedmoor runs about 20-30fps faster compared to SRP, with the same charge and bullet

The whole theory behind the SRP design in 6.5CM Lapua brass, as it was explained to me by a Berger tech, was to reduce ES and SD. But they ran into complaints from hunters who were experiencing hangfires/delayed ignition when hunting in very cold weather. This was not a problem in matches because most matches aren't held in such cold weather. So, to simplify the solution, they decided to just do away with the SRP brass altogether in 6.5CM. I believe it is only available in LRP now, unless you find old stock.

The original Lapua cartridge redesigned from LRP to SRP was .308 Palma brass as the large pockets would only last a few firings before being oversized. The SRP provides much more mass in the case head which handles pressure much better and provides better longevity as confirmed by the US Palma team that worked with Lapua. This was all done well before Lapua even offered brass for the 6.5CM. As I am typing this the Lapua site still shows both large and small primer brass for 6.5CM as current offerings.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was talking about the Berger factory 6.5 ammo specifically, which originally used SRP Lapua brass, but now does not as far as I know. He mentioned the whole 308 Palma story as well, but said they were originally using the SRP brass in their match ammo because it had lower ES/SD (again, what he said, I have not tested it). He did not mention the primer pocket thing, but I can see where that could be the case. However it wouldn't be a concern for a factory ammo manufacturer since reloadability is not their primary concern even though they fall under the same Capstone ownership as Lapua.
