Looking at another ZCO 840 debating on the reticle. I currently have an 840 MPCT3x. It will be used on rimfire benchrest rig, dialing elevation. Thinking about getting a MPCT1X for a cleaner look. Like to get some others thoughts.

I have it on 4 or 5 of mine.
Not holding for elevation AND wind, 1x. Shooting longer distance and holding over for elevation and off for wind, a 2x. I have a 3x and like it a lot but at the time the 2x did not exist. Not enough diff to motivate me to sell and change but 2x would be my preference if holding over and off

Nope...as Richard definitely said. Like I said, I'd prefer a 2x over my 3x but not nearly enough to make a change. I just think the 2x is just a small bit cleaner.
Much prefer the 2x over the 3x, but otherwise agree
