Has anybody had any experiences with this scope, it's got my attention, will be used as a stationary hunting scope supported by a Bog Pod, groundhogs and coyotes, out to 400 yards. It has the reticle I prefer, and the specs look good.Matt at DNT optics was very helpful in answering my questions, first responders,ME get a discount concession.

The search function isn't that bad....

I agree with above and check out that 11 page thread.

I really like the one I’ve used so far. My only complaint is as the screws stripping easily on the turret caps. DNT customer service was awesome and sent me the updated Torx screws. Full set for the turrets and throw lever.

I like it enough I ordered a second one and that has the Torx screws on the newer models already.

Personally I think they’re a fantastic optic. Much better than the Arken EP5 mine replaced. I run mine on a B14R .22 for long range and the second is sitting in its box waiting for my other B14R heavy to get back from Bergara

Cliff Notes:
It’s a great scope and hard to beat for the money.
Caveat:
There’s a vast difference in what some people see through the same scope brand/model. Therefore, there’s always a few people that seem to disagree with the majority, no matter what brand. The theories on why this is are also vast, lol

I have 2 of them. Great scope for the money…Like was said, MUCH nicer than the Arkens they replaced. I have one on a heavy Solus 6.5CM build, and the other is my daytime/off-season scope for my 16” Christensen MPR 6mm ARC coyote rifle, that normally wears a thermal during hunting season. 👍🏼

It's a cheap scope but it works really well for me. I have zero complaints. Clear enough optics, turret numbers are legible, and the clicks are very tactile. Zero way you wont know it moved. My Element theos is my favorite scope overall (for the money) but when I was shooting in 30 degree weather, the coldness congealed the lube inside the turrets, and combined with using gloves and ear pro, I had NO IDEA what was happening turret wise. It mind as well have been an old Vari X 2 with friction adjustments. The only recourse was to look down and visually verify things were where I wanted them. I do not have that problem with the DNT. Yea It's not Kahles or S&B, but it's a full 1/6th the price too. If I didnt already have a scope for every rifle I own, I'd buy another one of these I think.

Good scope for the price. It's big and heavy, too.

The image dims above 25x or so, noticeably more than higher tier scopes in that mag range.

I put one on a heavy-ish Tikka, to have as a companion or loaner/trainer rifle. It has been subjected to several unintended drops. The first was falling off of bags on to a concrete bench top, about 10", on to the parallax knob. That resulted in a small scratch, and the parallax adjustment being off about half of the dial travel; turned to infinity, the parallax was set to about 300 yds. That fixed. itself, and returned to normal sometime later.

A couple other not-big falls (no external marks) resulted in one and one half mil, or so, shifts in point of impacts. These disappeared, or returned to normal. after a few shots. I guess that's a good thing, but, very noticeably, this is not typical of other higher priced scopes, in my experience.

As others have said, it's a lot of scope for not much money.
