A man was fatally shot during an altercation with another man about graffiti at a local park on Thursday morning, Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr. and Shrewsbury Police Chief Kevin Anderson said.

I want to say that the article linked above, was fake news and simply not possible. Because of laws and such. I guess what they need to do is make committing murder 'illegaller'. It's just not illegal enough already.

More laws are definitely needed.
