Advanced Marksmanship Shooting rest

Have you tried benchrest.com or Erik Cortina's site for that? What are you needing in that rest? I ask because I've been down the same path, and haven't found much. I've only found the 100 dollar caldwell rests that seem sufficient enough, but then it jumps to handmade rests in europe starting at 2 grand. A decent enough amount of people seem to do ok with the caldwell, but I think I'd need more of your requirements. Do you have a wide forearm that might require a wider rest, is one of the questions I can think of.
