I would just buy one from the px and not worry about new from the LGS. They'll likely want $5500 or more for it, and they can be had here quite regularly for $4500 or so, and will shoot just the same.
Also, watch Mile High's site. They've made a couple of the LE models available to us regular citizens lately to clear out inventory, there may come a time that they do the same with the AT LE models.
