Making NRL Hunter Light Division, suppressed w/ triple pull

Oh wow that’s short. I’m in Open Heavy right now but around the mid 13# range. I might dabble in Open Light next year and want to stay suppressed so I’m looking at ideas but won’t be going that short. Maybe 20”.
Competitions are second on the priority list for me. I build the gun for my hunting use case first then add what's needed for the comps and remove when not needed. If I built a gun specifically for NRL Hunter it would look quite different.

Most people still waiting for first shipments of that can still. How well do the integrated brake ports mitigate recoil?
Good question, I did not directly compare it to the XC Ti I replaced when I did a quick zero. I will be spending more time with it in a couple of weeks and can let you know.

I was making NRLH Open Light with a Triple Pull in 2025 at around 11 lb 10 oz, IIRC.

I have since reconfigured my rifle with the MDT CRBN (which resulted in a few oz increase) but rebuilt an MDT CKYE-POD single pull with the R3D legs and LTR Fat Trimmer, which dropped nearly 1 lb.

Reconfiguration for next season has me at 11 lbs and 0.1 oz which includes a Crush It timer mounted using the Area 419 mount (left side) and an Area 419 scope base mounted bubble level.

I just found your blog article on it. Thanks for this. Never knew of either product.
