I'm not aware of any system that truly returns to zero with 100% repeatability. From my personal experience there is a 0% chance I would go on a hunt or shoot a match without verifying zero after changing barrels. Years back there was the great war between Switch Lug and Barloc. I don't know that there was a winner. Both systems seem to work okay but with the actions and prefits out there now that allow for direct shoulders I don't see much point. Impact, TL-3, Origin, etc... and prefits. Invest in a decent barrel vise and an action wrench.
