Looking to get a vintage refurbished Weaver T10. This company (https://www.vintagegunscopes.com/search?q=Weaver T10) sometimes has them listed. Are they legit or scam?

As a side note, I have sent a couple T-10's to Iron site and had mil dot reticles put in them. They do excellent work and can also repair/rebuild them if you find a deal on eBay and it needs some work. $135 to service the scope and $50 to change the reticle.
