Been out of the game a few years and thinking about getting back into it. I currently have 2 tbac ultra 7 cans and a kgm 6.5 and I'm thinking about adding a braked can to the mix. I don't have an issue with losing the target during recoil, my prs rifles do move but very little. My 7ss does occasionally kick me completely off target.

What's the consensus for top cans? I see a lot of people bragging about the Abel cans and I see tbac still has a huge wait list for cans. This can will probably go between my 7ss and probably the ar10 I'm building

If going on an ar10 then the flow through designs are going to be more appreciated. Something like the otter creek infinity with their soon to be new brake or the soon to be recoilx comp brake for it would be my goal.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Abel Theorem. Multiple type of endcaps (including a brake) and really nice workmanship. I have a bunch of TBAC cans too, but the Abel is a really nice product.

TBAC now has braked Magnus cans. They're one of the best on the market for a reason.

Abel Theorem with a break attachment is the way.

The break is effective off props.

Cant beat having the option to revert to a closed end cap for max suppression when not shooting off props.

Theorems are very well made. I have a couple as well as 4 TBACs and quality is the same.

I do find that cleaning the theorems is easier than the ultras probably because they are easier to flush due to having holes around the centerline on the baffles.

Mile high stocks Abel and TBAC, you can get either today.

Have you messed with the APEC on your KGM? I ran one for a season (same one you have). Timed it to the barrel, closed the bottom 4 ports, left the rest open. It was very effective at reducing muzzle rise off of props/barricades.

The bigger the can the more it does to mitigate sound and recoil.

I’d strongly recommend the nomax 33 from dead air with a recoil x brake

I have TBAC braked and non-braked, but my Theorem S is the one I grab first now. Not as quiet as the Magnus S but I’m wearing ear pro anyway. Really makes me want a regular theorem to go along with it.
