Rifle Scopes Official Zero Compromise Optic News & Updates

The Zero Compromise ZC840 is backordered everywhere, anyone know how long it is taking to get their orders fulfilled?

I have a Nightforce 7-35X56F1 with a Mil-XT reticle arriving for my Accuracy International AXSR in 300 Norma Magnum and what is another $1,500.00 for the ZC840.

Bruce,

PM me your number and I’ll give you a call so we can discuss ETA’s plus get you on our back order list. Right now, most of our ZC840’s are sold before they come in, so they don’t even hit our inventory.

Best regards,

Richard

Nice speaking with you, my contact info was sent via text. Bruce

What's the status on these being offered with the larger field of view? I apologize if this has been asked, I went back a few pages and didn't see anything. I haven't looked at optics much since early in the year and remember thats what all the talk was about.

I always enjoy my calls with Rich, Reviewing my next card statement after the call, not so much😂

A big shout out to Richard at CS Tactical who took my numerous calls today going over mounts, reticles and more. He was patient, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. As I gave him my credit card info I said he had the patience of Job. Looking forward to my ZC840 with the MPCT 2X reticle.

Went with a Grayops 36mm Precision Scope mount, their precision diving board and 90 degree Sent iT adapater.

I highly recommend dealing with Richard.

Thanks Richard, I'm loving my ZC840 8-40X56 Tremor 5 scope. The Area 419 single piece mounts are fantastic, I like them better than my Spuhr mounts which I still like. The AREA 419 single piece mounts have a center locating pin help to insure perfect alignment.

As an FYI, using the AREA 419 single piece mount and a caliper to measure the distance from the center of the laser lens and center of the barrel bore, I measured approximately 2.48 inches. Since the rings didn't have a scope in them I used a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the upper rings and mount after the scope was installed and was happy to learn that was close to the default distant Vortex was assuming in the Impact 4000 Laser alignment target. I didn't think a few thousands of an inch of parallel alignment was critical.

Depending on lighting I check the laser alignment in the field where I can move the alignment target to 100 yards are more. I used the Long Shot Cameras to easily see where the laser is at longer distances.

I keep the alignment target mounted on cardboard which is easily mounted on a target stand to check alignment as needed.

They all have the same FOV all around the world, I've read about some saying we use FOV restrictors for certain markets or that we've not opened them up to the full potential etc etc.

I work sales for ZCO HQ in Austria and to the best of my knowledge neither is a thing.

I've always loved your vids of shooting with your boys. Outstanding and now its the 10 year old's turn. Wonderful.

Thank you, sir.
I like this time with the children.
My own father was very distant, I'm still bitter about it, even though you shouldn't speak ill of the dead.
But I decided when I was young that if I had children, I would try to stay in touch with them all the time and keep them involved in my hobbies if they wanted to join in.
Some of the kids have been in the gym for hundreds of hours, but have never complained about it.
And it's wonderful to notice that this child is also really interested in shooting and already wants to get ready for a new day at the shooting range.
It's up to us what kind of legacy we leave for our children.
I'm not perfect, my wife often says that I swear too much and that i have quick temper.
But i try to be a father to my kids, that i never had.
and believe me, a man can cry too, he just never shows it to anyone.
Happy weekend to all of us who love guns and freedom.

Just a small hijack....I'm pretty sure that my father never did a single thing with me (well, other than he fed, housed and clothed me and that ain't nothing and I'm grateful for that...but you know what I mean).

Like yourself, that experience informed my views of how to engage with my son....together we've been fishing, shooting, hunting, hiking, sporting events, etc and that's pure gold to me and him. Now, I'm 73 y.o. and he's married and very busy (lives in another state, also), but I cherish every one of those memories and hope we get to make more sometime soon.

Again, my friend, I think I've watched all of your posted vids with your kids because I just love that you engage with them on shooting, etc. Outstanding.

my wife often says that I swear too much and that i have quick temper.

Well, that might be because she's a woman....and you aren't! haha

I think it might be that the generation after the WW2 were having a lot of it.
My dad father were in the war against the russians.
Grandpa was wounded in the war, and suffered from that injury for the rest of his life.
And when the war ended, people had to start working and building lives, but it took its toll.
My father was the youngest of his siblings, and his twin brother died when he was less than a year old, which must have been a traumatic experience for his mother.
I'm sick of watching Putin's war in Ukraine.
People on both sides are dying needlessly all the time, completely needlessly.
I don't miss winning the lottery, but I wish every day that Putin would fall out of a window, like many high-profile influencers who have died in Russia.
Isn't it time for this to end for you too?

My parent were too.
There were nothing that you threw away, you might need it later on.
It is kind of opposite of this modern world, dont like this shit at all.
This planet of ours wont handle it, even i am not a commie, but if you can think this way we are going, it is end of the world.
I am also the kids of the big depression of 90´ties.
i do remember that some of my "friend" had Adidas sport suits that time, and my mother did my clothing, because we just did not had money for shit like that.
But i heard later that these kids parents were so badly indebted, that they were very close to loose theyr home.
But the parents had to keep the keeping up appearances, that no one know they are going up to ass.
These kids were also full bully fuckers.
It is all of the parents, it is full of s..t, that if the school teacher comes to tell to you, that your kid has some issues.
If you tell the teacher asap, that f..c off etc, that tell thay you are the muther f..r, and you do really look up in the mirror.
The thing i hate most is these fu..er bully bit..es.
I had that from 7-year old up to when i was 18-teen.
It will leavy you a mark, no matter some people say.
Bully is a a bitch, there should be a sticker like that.
Where is the conscience of modern man, does it exist anymore?
Treat another person as you would like to be treated, this should be teach one and every FUCKING place in this called planet earth!

My parents also grew up on the depression. My mom’s dad was a WW1 gas survivor worked in a small town post office saved EVERYTHING as it might be needed. My parents followed that driving very old cars ( even at the time) and reusing everything. Our yard was landscaped with bushes and trees found on drives. Dad traveled a lot and mom had to be a single mom for months at a time. Dad never took me shooting ( but I took him in later years). My kids know how I feel about them because I invest time in making sure they know. I started both of them shooting at 9. Now that they are older we still go. I talk to them everyday , we just make the time. I may not have many years left but we make the most of what we have.

It might that it did meaning of learning shooting only for a one purpose, and they did not wanted to
have the kids to have that metal pressure yet, or luckily ever.
The killing of people, it wont never leave once you do it.
I wish that i would never need to see that war in our country, and the most i wish that my
kids would not see it.
Even it is still every day in the news:cry:
I were having a high hope, when Trump came in the president, that hi can end it, but hi is
still listenin too much of that fuckig snake putin.
That man only is the one why the war is still going on, and the chinese dick´ head!!!!
China xxx could end this war in a less than a week, but they wont do it, because they can buy
nearly free gas and fuel.
So i say, fuck off xishit and putinass!!!
