25 creed in 16.5 barrel?

Just curious if anyone has 1st hand experience with a bolt action hunting rifle, 25 creed in a 16.5 barrel?
Planning on a 16.5-18" barrel in 6.5 PRC but think .25 would be a better choice.

That is about the velocity I was expecting. I guess I'm more interested in accuracy, rifle twist etc.
It looks like now I may shift gears, go to 6.5PRC in a 16.5"barrel.
Jury is still out, so all input appreciated.

Assuming Hornady 134 factory, 2800fps in 24” barrel
