I got this today. It's a holster that is more like a chest rig but I found it comfortable to wear a little lower toward the left side of my torso. It's also comfortable, as designed, to be worn close to the chest. It's easy to adjust the straps while wearing it with the pistol enclosed. I give it 6 out of 5 stars.

I almost ordered one of these last night.

Got my coletac yesterday. Must say this holster seems perfect for its intention. My sig 322 with the mask on it comes to the exact bottom of the holster but doesn’t protrude. Like it was made for this combo. The extra mag pocket for the sig mag could be a touch bigger for retention but maybe it will be fine, guess I’ll find out if after a long day working I look down and realize I lost the mag.

I love this holster and use it on a Mk4 22/45 with a deltapoint and gm22. It goes with me a lot on the property so I can exterminate chipmunks.

I have found that if I'm doing log/wood work, or carrying stuff, that if the body of the gun presses into me hard enough, I risk losing the mag in the gun. I lost one mag that way a few weeks ago.

I can also fit a Dan Wesson Description with an RMR and GM45 into the same holster. So I sometimes do that if I'm walking at night in case I find a skunk or porcupine.

I had the same concerns about magazine retention but if I feel that might become an issue, I can always put it in a pocket or place a magazine carrier from another manufacturer on my belt.

For those that have These, how have they carried for y’all? I tend to run things (bino harness, chest rig, etc.) higher on my chest, but most pics I’ve seen of these, folks seem to run them fairly low. Just curious about the fit and adjustability of them, and if I’ll be able to run it high and tight on my chest.

I think my grip runs on my right chest muscle. You could probably adjust it a bit one way or the other. I will say if I tried to get it much higher the draw would suck but thats likely to do with a shitty shoulder. I’ve worn mine for multiple hour hikes, working around house and full days on the tractor. No complaints with comfort at all.

I like to wear them low, to where the grip is almost next to the upper part of my belly but below the sternum.

    Exactly my intended use.
    Thanks!

The cole tac looks well made and great for hunting or just around the camp. I went a different route and used a performance services llc pic rail attachment. I run a tlr1 light with a Rounded holster by concealment express. I put a qls on it and just run it on my normal belt rigs.
