I recently sent an email and no response. Additionally, I called and left a message and no return call. I had a good experience selling a scope to them a year or so ago. They appeared to be a good company; hope they return to business.
I’ve dealt with Robert in the past. Not sure what’s causing the current delay but he is good people. He recently emailed me back after a delay so hopefully he’s getting back at it.
Yes, we're still alive and well. I apologize about some people not getting responses. Recently, we've had a ton of people trying to sell us stuff, rather than buy stuff, and it has been overwhelming.
But, I've made some changes that should allow us to always send an answer. Unfortunately, that means turning down some great optics, and great sellers, just to balance the buying / selling. From now on, you should always receive a response, usually within one business day.
