No AB, but it says it can pair with a Kestrel for ballistic data - not clear if it sends data to display hold in Kestrel (likely) or receives data from Kestrel to display on LRF (less likely).

from Vectronix huh?

Better order the Extenders for it right fucking now!

It's definitely an older system. Found an SSD article about it from 2017 that mentions specifically that a connected Kestrel will display the holds in the I-CUGR display.

I’m assuming at least a hide member here pulled the trigger on one. Cause since this post EO had six in stock. Now they down to three left. Please post your findings on this unit if so.

Yup, mine just arrived - will test out tonight. Initial impressions: it feels a WMLRF from almost 10 years ago. Simple and chonky.

Nice man. The unit seems as old and chunky as the first Raptar units as well. Though, the intriguing price for a wmlrf 1550nm laser with vis and ir, just can’t go wrong. I don’t need another one but for the price, I might as well pull the trigger too..

Yeah, I've been in need of a SWIR rangefinder for the spotter and didn't want to sacrifice one of the MARS from my rifles. For the time being I've been slaving a PLRF 15C, but this I-CUGR is obviously smaller and more feature rich, even though it's still got the footprint of a STORM. Yeah, unbeatable price, so my guess is it's a discontinued item and Safran/Vectronix offered Eurooptic some leftovers for cheap.

No luck connecting a Kestrel. It appears that these units come with a standard 2-button remote and to use Bluetooth you need a different remote that's got BT integration. Or it could also be that the unit is so old that the only Kestrel models it offers to connect are 4500 and 5000, but I think the main issue is the former. Trying to connect to external device via BT asks "Connect BT Remote"

Okay, initial use impressions: LRF is solid. It's fast, accurate, and has no problem with distance.

The illuminator is about what you would expect from a civ power unit, but it's a lot cleaner than a PEQ-15 illuminator, but not as nice as a RaidX or NGAL illuminator. The vis/IR lasers are fine and they adjust boresight along with the LRF, so wherever the laser is aligned to, that's where the LRF is aligned to. Simple, easy...but here's where it gets weird: the illuminator does not appear to be aligned to the laser. I adjusted the laser to be inline with my spotting scope, however any movement of the laser alignment had no effect on the illuminator.

Thanks for all the early info on this. Was very intrigued on the price and laser but no kestrel connection answers my excitement.
