My extremely left wing minded sister in-law is visiting and asked me to grab her something at the beer store.

Fits well. Wizards, Gargoyles & Coffee... lol

Just had a ice cold lime sparkling water I stole from my fiancé, you could say I'm partying pretty hard tonight.

Sam Adams Winter Lager and Jägermeister. Pairs nicely with Copenhagen and takes the edge off of following election night.

Trying to move to a new house while keeping track of the election and leaving for elk season in two days. I am enjoying this whiskey!

Denmark?! What’s the story there?
I ordered these through Finedrams.com because they were not available in my area. A friend was making an order through them so I just went in with him. The shipping was $15 per bottle and it took 12 days to get here. About 2/3 of scotch isn't imported to the USA, so this is a good way to try different ones. The Glengoyne is pretty good and the Glenglassaugh is excellent. With the cost of shipping each bottle was $75.

Well I’ll have to check that out, thanks!

i hardly drink alcohol anymore, with the bars closed and not inclined to drink alone, with nobody else. :p
wife might drink a light beer once in a while at a party...

anyway, being a poor that needs to justify everything, i just divert that money to my equipment budget.
i figure i saved enough from not drinking since march to get myself something.

Got bored with beer didn't feel like a whiskey so tried this.

Crisp, refreshing kind of a thing not too sweet, a little tart I guess.

Ya when I was there lager and lime was a constant for me.
i was amused back then that most girls would drink a half, and almost none of them would order a pint, even if they drank like a bloke.

Arrogant Bastard and Stone IPA are both a go to of mine.

Not sure if you can get them but Real Ale Company has a "Real Heavy" Scotch Ale and a "Black Quad" Trappist Ale.

My two favorites... PM me and ill get you some to try.

Bulleit Rye and Bale Breaker Brewing Co Pilsner. Excellent combination.
