Anyone else have issues getting ahold of someone at diversified machine? I ordered my stuff for my form1 almost 2 months ago. Tried emailing them to get a lead time since im sure
Processing times are slower right now but everything was in stock when I ordered it but haven't received any shipping notices. They look like they have a good product but their customer service is piss poor at best.

Haven’t ordered from them for this reason. Every CS review of DM says the same thing. Pay your money and you will get your stuff... Eventually... I swear, ”solvent trap“ makers are shadier than a mobile hail damage repair outfit.

It will take 4 or 5 months to get it.
You will never be contacted or replied too.
They will never answer the phone or return a voice mail.
I have an unfinished 1.5 x 8 inch titanium kit that took 5 months to get .
I may sell it as lost interest in shooting my large bolt guns and mostly shoot my vudoo with another form 1 kit.

4-5 months for an in-stock part is absolutely outrageous. And the worst part is I doubt I could cancel my order and get a refund because they won't answer email or the phone. Only reason I went with them is because it was a titanium kit.

I’ve tried about 20 different ways to get a hold of these guys. as I like that they are a Michigan business but they have not replied to me once. It seems like most of these solvent trap companies fucking suck at customer service Quiet Bore being the absolute worst!

Wow my order from quietbore was pleasant and fast.

And, quiet bore also has a step by step instruction for filling out your form 1. No one else has gone to that length for their DIY customers.

It’s a shame because most other trap suppliers only sell aluminum or heavy steel tubes and kit. DM is one of the few that offers titanium and IME makes really high quality stuff.

That said this is no new problem with DM and appears to have only gotten worse.

Yeah if there was another source for a nice titanium kit I'd go that route.

Interesting... I message them via their website and they replied within 24 hours. And then replied to that email and they replied back within the hour.

Check spam for quietbore.I have gotten quick responses from them
Dm wont respond but months from ordering you will A get notice it shipped.

My issue with quiet bore is that I returned parts to them per their instructions. Once they received them I never got a refund. I made several attempts to call and email and I never got a response.

Well that sucks balls. Maybe @padom could help i think he was tight with them .

This is a known problem with DM. He used to be great, blah blah blah. I ALMOST bought from him, but I read too much on form 1 boards I do not agree with. Never handled his shit, but the reviews are great, and the machining looks great in photos. I dont do stupid well. His business model is stupid. I think he just got in over his head. General consensus is; next email, threaten a charge back through your CC company. You'll most likely receive shipping notification, or response email of sorts very soon. Most vendors only allow a certain percentage of charge backs, before they drop you. Im sure he likes being able to sell stuff, so he ships quick to avoid the return. Just my .02

I've been assembling the parts for a Form 1.

So far, I've been pleased with the service from White Trash Tactical. Emails are answered and parts arrive in very reasonable times.

They also carry titanium tubes and parts. (Although I did have to wait for them to receive another stock of the tubes, and I noticed that they ran out in two days.)

Cheers,
Richard

Just happened. I’m not sure what issue it would be on the buyers end as long as you either got your stamp or haven’t drilled anything yet until you do. I mean they took my 200$ and sent me a stamp so they know where I live ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Probably comes down to what one defines as a baffle. The 86 gca lists baffles specifically. What is a baffle? Does it need a hole to be defined as a baffle?
