Is there a green laser bore sighting CARTRIDGE available for a .416 Barrett ? I have a sitelite 500mw laser, but it is a pain to remove the muzzle brake for bore sighting.
I'll settle for a red laser, but prefer green.

Thanks

On a bolt rifle? Why would you need that? Pull the bolt, look down and center the target in the bore, dial scope to center of target, done. I’ve never failed to get on an 18” square paper target on first shot at 100. Actually, I’m very, very careful and I almost always end up dead center on windage and just a few inches low on elevation for first shot. A few clicks up and it’s on.

yeah what vh20 said, easy peasy. i just set a coke can or the like on a fence post at 100, find it thru the barrel then move the crosshairs. and make sure you still see it thru the barrel afterwards.

Agree with everyone else. I usually start at 50 though. Especially with 416 Barrett ammo prices

Maybe the .416 Barrett is a Model 99

I used an SL-150 on my M99 and just set it up while aiming down the hall using the target from the kit. Took it to the range and was on paper at 100 yards with the first shot. Takes a bit to line up the laser but it can be done. I did not take off the brake.

Sure, you can break down the rifle but it's much easier to use a bore sighter at home.
