I was wondering if there is an extension available for 10rd G19 magazines that add additional ammo capacity. I typically only use high capacity magazines, but a friend just gave me a couple 10rd magazines. I appreciate any information you can provide.

if i recall the mag extensions do not work on the 10rounders.

I can't think of a single good reason to do what you're saying.
If you want more mags, buy a bunch of G17 mags and be done with it. Even if extensions were the same price as G17 mags, what would you have?
G17 mags are cheap. They might not be someday.

Can you just change the spring and follower to make them 15rd? The body is the same huh?
nope, the mag bodies are actually different, they are crimped so they wont take standard mag parts unfortunately
Well that’s stupid. Maybe try and sell them to a less free state and replace them with magpul g19 mag, I’ve had good luck with those. Slr even makes extensions for them
