AR possession??

Listen Rodney, we gotta talk... there are like eleventeen threads on this topic and don’t nobody know nuffin.

However, rumor is they are gonna ban all guns owned by dudes named Rodney that can’t find the search function.

May be rumor or they may be stacking up on your door. You decide...

Edit: Fox News also just announced they are taking all guns from people who still use MOA. It’s for the future of our children...

Wait! Wait! Wait! We have it all wrong.

Rodney is talking about Augmented Reality.

That shit needs regulatin'... bigtime!

Here to hoping this thread turns into this

Not gonna happen. Even if the Democrats win the senate, there are way too many other prioities they have before banning ARs. Healthcare, climate change, etc. Congress has proven over and over again they cannot multi-task.
Thanks for a sensible reply. Couple of my grandchildren seem to handle the adjustable ar stock better than youth stocks but would hate to purchase some for them if things go bad for us hard working, honest people.

Stop worrying about adjustable butt stocks. Buy what you want and don't let your state turn into California or New York.

yup, biden is gonna ban them....ban them all..... now go be a little bitch about and get rid of your ARs now.....

Yes they will be.

And....

My address is the point of delivery for you to send it to.

There will be no buy back because I never sold it to you. I dont even make them and there is a document enshrined in the National Archives that says I cant even ask you to send it to me but that is what you have to do.

PM regards the shipper you want to use. You have to ensure it for full value to ensure it doesnt get lost coming to me.

When I get your PM Ill give you the ship to address, its a residence but thats not odd or weird.

Any thoughts on the possibility of AR platforms becoming illegal in 2021?

Let me give you a real answer to your question. I recently looked at getting an AR-15. I looked at what types of AR seemed to draw the greatest amount of various historical bans in multiple "coastal states". It is likely that IF any ban occurs, it will follow their previously used "excuses and exclusions" which they had success in using. If you look at "New York Legal" and "California legal" ARs, you are more likely to choose one which can potentially face a ban. Many people here find it hard to imagine our leaders will have success in banning ARs; I believe we live in strange times. I cannot say anything with certainty. Politicians have pushed for crazy stuff (like defund the police, ignoring rioters and looters, and charging people defending their homes in the heartland of Missouri). As such, I lack full faith in good sense prevailing over the next decade. Windham Weapons makes a lot of reasonably priced ARs, some of which are tailored to the more restrictive state's requirements.

Some things that the Government has "triggered on" in the past. Barrels under 16 inches (short Barreled Rifle SBR may require a $200 license), forward vertical hand grip, bayonet lug, Magazines over X number of rounds (I think California has a 10 round limit), noise reduction devices (requires a $200 license), and bump stocks which are currently banned.

Wrong..

Many here can fully imagine it...

Many here feel that if you come here and fear buying something because someone may tell you it’s wrong then you’re part of the problem...

Man the hell up...

is that the fucking question?

no, the question is, if the government chooses to ignore the constitution, what will you do?
personally, i don't think they have the balls. hell, they can't even stand up to non-binaries with rocks.

Thank you for an intelligent and well informed response. I think it's a very serious matter and honestly believe the childish answers on here are from the very people who would buckle first.

You two are meant for each other

Yeah, in 2021 AR’s will become illegal

And we’ll just hand them right over

Good luck shopping for your AR with all the latest ban gear. Make sure you shoot for a lightweight profile

It will be easier on your wrist when you hand it over

california is worse than that, really. of course, don't try to make sense of it.
luckily none of the restrictions really affect long range precision shooting, except you can't have a suppressor for any amount of money.

I don’t have to buckle because I don’t own anything they’ll want to confiscate. I’m just here for the camaraderie and to see what @TheHorta is gonna buy next.
