He, like me initially, probably mistook for a moment that the forum in question was a part of the website for Accurate Smokeless Powder, and that the offensive post was an official company post. Thus, his statement would mean that he doesn't patronize them anyway, and won't be in the future. As soon as I clicked on it, I realized it was an independent forum not affiliated with that manufacturer. I've never even heard of it before.

Those are fellas that spend all day neck turning mil surplus pick up brass, hoarding BLC-2 and discontinued Sierra bullets. They go to the range to spend 1.5 hours setting up their bench 2 hours spouting their useless knowledge of accuracy and loading with maybe 30 minutes dedicated to shooting their sporterized Mauser with a 1956 Lyman peep or 1972 Redfield. You have all seen them. They know all the useless accuracy and loading clichés and wives tales.
