Another fuck posted SPARKS 6.5 Creedmoor with 144 grain SMK for $1 per round more than I paid at SPARKS about 3 weeks ago. I suppose that prices have been skyrocketing over the last 3 weeks...

We need the government to step in immediately and fix ammo prices. I’m tired of people trying to sell their shit for what the going market is. Damn commies.

It's been happening forever in real estate.

The house we ended up buying after we moved took almost a year to buy because the previous owners 'thought' that it was worth WAY more than it was. Their single, sole basis was to refer to one house in the neighborhood that had sold 1-2 months before they decided to list for some astronomical price s/f. They and 6 or 7 other homes in the neighborhood went on the market at almost the same time for almost the same insane price s/f.

One by one they fell off and didn't sell because noone would buy them at the prices they thought the house was worth. /sadpanda

We came to find out later what caused this problem. Idiots from fucking CA showed up, had no fucking idea that the real estate market here wasn't the fucked up retard level as it is in CA and basically badgered the people to sell by offering them way above market on the house as a 'too good to refuse' offer.

Then all the tards here thought their house was now magically worth almost twice the market price because of it.

If you're driving through the desert and your almost out of gas, do you ask the attendant why their gas is $9 per gallon, or do you just pay it and continue your journey?

If you need ammo and it's 3 times the usual price, do you buy it or do you gripe about it knowing that all that griping isn't going to make the price go down?

Supply and demand.

^ no....they expect you to sell whatever you have, that they need (or even worse-want) for what they think you should.

nevermind the fact that you bought it, stored it, kept it viable, still have it, and everything else that goes into it.

you know who the REAL assholes are here? the folks who are bitching.

I don't care what people sell anything for. If you price your house $100,000 more than it's worth, no one will buy it. If you sell your house for $50,000 more than it's worth, some people will look and you may get a buyer.

It's called what the market will bear.

Sold 9MM last week for $0.75 per round. Didn't set a price; just asked what it was worth to them. The buyer justified the price.

One guy offered $0.20 per round and stomped away like a five-year-old when someone doubled his offer before he could close his mouth.
