2021 T3x SUPER VARMINT

I like everything about it but the stock.

hopefully it doesn’t cost more than the ctr

I was debating a custom build next but then I saw these. Caliber selection is impressive as well. I’m thinking one of these in 6.5x55 with the 24” barrel will go beautifully.

Looks legit. For some reason they still are doing 22-250 in a 1:14” twist only which is annoying
Indeed! The 22-250 lite has a 1:8. Oh well, I can't wait for these rifles, I will probably get 2, a .223 and a 65C or 7-08.

I want to know price!!! I need another rifle in smaller caliber for occasional range trips. My 7 Rem mag are expensive!
I’m in verge buying bergara ridge and swap stock and top with budget swfa 10 or xtr 2-10.

Ya I know the lite does and it’s probably more than enough when hunting but still drives me nuts

Oh, so after I wait over a year, buy a Bergara, NOW the make a 300wm Hbar?! ??

Maybe because it's called the Super Varmint so they are tailoring it to varmint hunting?
1:14 twist will barely stabilize a 55gr bullet. I’d still consider a 55gr in the “varmint” range considering a ton of varmint Ammo is in the 50-55gr sizes and marketed to the varmint crowd

I bet it is close to what the tactical cost. When are they going to get off their ass and do the 243 in a 8 twist?

I'm not sure why this is exciting? A CTR barreled action with the T3 bottom metal and mags. Thats been done by many around here, myself included.

Their caliber selection was very limited in anything with a tactical/target barrel.
Everything was catered towards hunting, and their Lite lineup.

They'll have to keep it around $1,100ish, as it looks like they're trying to complete with Bergara in the Hybrid rifle world. The TAC lineup is pushing $2k.
The very reason I went with a Bergara, as they didn't offer a heavier bbl model in anything but the Tac.

It's not a CTR barreled action. The varmint contour is heavier.

It is a varmint barreled action with some bells and whistles in the tactical stock. If it goes for around 1100.00 I will be amazed. No different than the tactical but has the varmint heavier barrel, fluted bolt, cerakote and 2 stage trigger. If it is not in the same ballpark price of the tactical or more I will be completely surprised.

Yeah, you're probably right.
In which case, Badrock.

I watched another video on youtube that said it will be around 1700 pounds, which is over $2k. I'll try to post the link if it works? Maybe a regular varmint in 223 is right for me?

I really wish they would send the Wood stock model in 30-06 or 6.5x55 to the US. Eurooptics, can you make that happen?

If the stock was very similar to a bravo then the 2k would maybe be warranted. But 2k for a traditional stock that I’ll for sure change out instantly is not for me.

Price in UK for Tikka lite 1400$
I guess super varmint price in USA should be around 1300$

That’s not bad at all then. I’d be in for that price more than likely depending on the caliber. 22-250 with the slow twist is out for me. .223 wouldn’t be bad though

I guess I'm out of the running for now, just found a regular T3x varmint in 223 on gunbroker. Will be watching this thread, though.

What did you get it for? Surprised it wasn’t a wild price on gunbroker

I just wonder if I could buy that two stage trigger for my CTR
I doubt they will have it available for sale outside of the gun. A two stage trigger has been on the Tac A1 for a awhile without being available for outside sales

Tikka have offered the Super Varmint for years, this new models is just tarted up a bit with Cerakote, a green stock and is factory threaded.
Price has traditionally been a few hundred less than the CTR.

Biggest question would be what clambering Beretta imports as traditionally the USA market has had very little choice compared to what Tikka actually produce.

Has anyone seen one in the U.S yet or see a usd price?

According to EuroOptic, they will be here next year.

Bumping this up. Haven't seen any in stock, any dealers have any updates on when these will be available?
