Why not go to a tanning salon for a few weeks then cross the border and come back in as Juan Valdez and live for free plus what you usually make as joe shit the rag man. Heard an interview today that this particular instance is a power move by the Mexican govt to allow 2-300,000 Mexicans in per year so they can send their money back to Mexico. This funneling of migrants to one location is being used both as an optics embarrassment to the Biden administration and as a way to show them what can happen if they do not control the border for the US. Basically, they are negotiating.

Problem is if you put food on your table with any FAA license, the FAA will be your accuser, judge, jury and figure your punishment, the FAA will also decide your guilt before the start, they are allowed to ignore any evidence that goes against their foregone conclusion about you. That’s the reason justice/fairness is not conducive with administrative law.

The feds like everyone to know that being able to work and put food on your kids table IS NOT a right, it’s a privilege given by the federal government
 
Problem solved you give one of the illegals the drone to operate and it becomes legal just like that. No way would the Biden administration would arrest or stop an illegal from doing anything they wanted to do .

Not entirely accurate. 107 license is for the most part required for commercial use of unmanned aircraft. Not sure how that plays here if one were to hop to the Mexico side to get the footage. Alternatively, one could contract with a pilot already there and receive the footage via email, etc and be done with it.

It would turn out anyway the faa wanted it to. Also if you had any other faa certificates the faa would yank those too, if you don’t have any faa certs they’d still have the state prosecute, or rather persecute you, especially seeing how that TFR appears to be up for purely political reasons.

Think of the push back if they said you couldn’t film any public anti Trump rallies, or anything that made the fed under Trump look bad, and if you did they actually took your licenses so you couldn’t work and provide for your family, and if you didn’t make money that way, they toss you in jail and fine if you filmed.

Because that’s exactly the anti American shit that’s going on right now.

Don’t do this. There are enough drones being used by the cartels and our guys down there that our side has detection equipment. You get caught crossing the border from an originating point in the US and then crossing back over and you will regret it.
 
This is about the Fed using it's authority to squash the first amendment. There's no MSNBC, CNN, ABC or any other Pravda outlets with drones down there embarrassing the potato regime.
I have watched neighborhoods turn into third world slums. It's no longer white flight. It's black and white flight from these slums. The health department shut down a migrant owned store because they were slaughtering pigs, goats, chickens and other animals in the back room. And no it was not a legit butcher. They then moved the slaughter business to a local trailer park. How about homes that are rented for a hundred dollars a head? One home in the historical section of town has 15 to twenty people living there. Cars parked all over the yard and trash piled up on the porch. Talk about some pissed of neighbors.

Population of Del Rio is only about 35K people. Thats one illegal for every 3 citizens.

I used to own a small ranch just north of Del Rio. Pretty conservative, well armed, bunch of folks. Id guess the Haitians dont want to start any trouble, they might meet Mr. Backhoe in person.

I’d wager customs is providing protection for our invaders...I mean vibrant migrants, doubt they’d think twice about shooting some old man on his own ranch if he might hurt a hair on some illegal fence jumpers head.

Those illegals mean lower labor costs for big corps, more people asking for the states “help” and taking the state as their lord and savior

Most of the BP in that area, and its a very large and sparsely populated area (my nearest neighbor was over a mile away), are sympathetic with the local folks. People just 'disappear' out there. This isnt Austifornia.
