    the seller at the show should be in jail it also gives other buyers bad names if he sells without the background whom else did he sell to the buyer can do with his property what ever he wants . Unless it's legal to sell to florida natives like that then no harm no foul .

    I believe Florida does not require a background check for residents. If you look at the big white sign, thats what the seller is advertising. Just show your photo ID and youre good to go. Perfectly legal.

    Virginia didnt until we got our latest commie governor. Hopefully we can turn it around this election.

    He cut the barrel while the rifle was still fully assembled. From that point on it can be suspected that whatever he put into the furnace were misc. gun parts from elsewhere. He can be questioned about where the original rifle went. Maybe if he had destroyed the lower first....... Perhaps somebody who knows just how this works can join in.
