Hold on. I'll Google it and post up results.

PS - I do think some people are getting burned out but not sure why it bothers you so?

Thanks Carlos, but you seemed to have overlooked the picture and “headline “ below it.

I edited this post and added arrows to the pic for clarity.

Humanity is doomed 🙁

is it next to tyranical comunist leaders hell then it might be worth it being able to push joe and his cronies down a flight of stairs forever lol

why are they using the "his" pronoun?

Because the child was born female.

Safe to assume that you didn't read the article?

The phrase, "Coming out" and the word "Journey" never once appear in the article and is the invention of the stupid editor who created a hyperbolic tagline that misrepresented the article for click bait and to generate discussion.

The child simply held a firm association with male oriented toys, clothes and hairstyles. The child, just before the the age of 2, being shortly after the child could start speaking, preferred the use of the opposing pronoun. It never was "in the closet" to begin with, so "coming out" of one would be difficult to do.

The parents were the ones who went on a the figurative "journey", as they first ignored the preference, then attempted to correct it, then accepted it.

It would be more correct to say, "We accepted that our toddler actually preferred to be a boy at the age of 4, and this was how we handled it."

The article does not state how old the child is now, but references dealing with puberty, so the reader is left to assume the child is much older now and the preference has remained.

There was no article presented, only a social media post, plus I couldn't possibly care less about a story, so - no.

I wasn't using the phrase "came out" in the lingo of the LGBTQ community. I was using it like normal folks, as in, "If the CDC came out yesterday and said no boosters for people under 65, then today the Director came out and over-ruled her own panel of experts, that would be really strange, wouldn't it?"

Forgive me if I have serious doubts about whether that's how it really happened. I won't say it 'never' happens, but we've all seen the woke "cool kids" project this waaaaay more often .

One day the public will look back on things like this with the same contempt and disgust as slavery. The same can be said regarding the normalization of abortion.

Massive change is on the horizon. When we're tired and grey we'll walk up to a memorial built for all children victimized by progressive parents and have to explain to our grandchildren how we lived through this disgusting circus of immorality and evil.

Fucking savages....

I was referring to the usage in the original social media post.
"My toddler came out as trans and this was his journey"

I agree with you that "the woke "cool kids" project this waaaaay more often". I think this is exactly what has happened here. The editor took a story and purposely skewed its presentation out of context to generate conversation and traffic. Its a clickbait article posted on social media and designed to shock.

In that, they succeeded.
