We had a golden retriever when my kids were little, the greatest dog I have ever had. She thought she was the mother of my kids and watched them closely when they were outdoors. She was not aggressive towards any people but we had one neighbor in Great Falls MT that she would not let anywhere near our kids. I was telling another neighbor about how our dog reacted towards this one guy, she said good he is a pedo. Sure enough I looked him up the sexual criminal registry and he was a child molester.

In the early 90’s the Coast Guard base in San Juan had a base dog that we called the Klan dog because it hated Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans in uniform we’re OK but not so much in civilian clothes, the dog had no issues with black or white in uniform or civvies.
