I had an English teacher in 8th grade who was a Green Beret in Vietnam. I distinctly remember a few things about him. He had eyes in the back of his head. One thing he said to a few of us after class was the the VC were scared to death of the Aussies. You need stuff with anti-inflammatory properties. Before getting sick, get blood sugar under control (Dr Malone mentioned in the Rogan interview that high blood sugar is correlated with both "long Covid" and adverse vaccine reactions due to its effects on vascular inflammation). Get your endocrine system in order; do stuff that increases testosterone (lifting heavy things; eating meat) and lowers cortisol (managing physically and mental stress levels; eating healthy). A balanced diet itself is anti-inflammatory. Don't eat shit that makes you feel like shit. This probably includes alcohol.
When you get sick, steroids are your friend. A variety of inhaled steroids help with respiratory system symptoms; oral steroids may help with inflammation in other areas. The "steroids don't work!" fallacy from early in the pandemic was probably one of the biggest causes of unnecessary mortality.
Keep in mind that you're going to get exposed to the spike if you pursue natural immunity or if you get vaxxed.

i think the last outbreak we had for polio was limited mostly to an amish community when somebody from overseas brought it.
