We have to force the narrative around the entire shooting to reflect what it really was: Since we know exactly how a single action revolver works and what must be done for one to fire properly, there was NO fucking accident. Motherfucker pulled the thing out of the holster, POINTED it at the victim, COCKED the hammer, and PULLED the trigger with willful intent. Even if the weapon was unloaded, that gesture by itself, using a real and functioning firearm, is considered ASSAULT in many states. You walk into a store demanding money from the cashier, and you as much as display a weapon, BOOM, now you are charged with ARMED ROBBERY. It doesn't fucking matter that you did not actually take it out and wave it around, or fired a shot into a display case or whatever.
