    Brass growth on resizing once-fired

Also, there is another way if you are reloading for a bolt gun and can remove your firing pin assembly. Are you loading for an AR? If so, I would recommend the comparator?

    Brass growth on resizing once-fired

Re-read my post regarding the Hornady comparator. Adjust in or out depending on the caliper measurements from before and after sizing. Use a fresh case for each time you measure (i.e. do not keep resizing the same case to measure your shoulder bump). Invest in one of those comparators, I use...

One step at a time. Just trying to get him up and running right now. Then he can start spending more money down the road on all the enhancements. ;)

    Brass growth on resizing once-fired

Brass grows in length when full length sizing. The brass has to go somewhere when squeezed. Its confined on all sides except the top when full length sizing so some of the excess brass gets squeezed upward, it doesn't all simply compress to the inside of the case. It sounds like you are...

My wife has a women’s pair of these. She is sending them back as on hard pack snow (where she walks the dogs everyday) the cleats cut into/through the hard pack and create a drag as she pulls them out. Not an issue in fresh snow, just hardpack. She has worn out 3 pair of snowshoes in the past 10...

Maggie’s Crazy shit your kids say

My son was playing "Doom" when he was about 6 (which is about 28 years ago) and was trying to gather weapons. He said, "I really want to get that BFG!". I pondered it a second and asked him, "What is a BFG?" He said, "Near as I can tell it's a Big Firing Gun". I said that must be it...

I checked and here is what I ended up with: 50 gr. V-max, WW cases, Rem 7-1/2 primers, 26.4 gr of N133, 3,530 fps and I am using Danzac coated bullets in a bolt gun. I worked up the initial loads when it was 96 degrees as I wanted these for prairie dogs so charges are less than the max I tested...

I’ll check tomorrow but my memory says N133 is what I settled on, over 205M primers.
