Re: Remington 540x aftermarket stocks Im not looking for a strictly benchrest type of stock. Any aftermarket quality stock with adjustable check rest and cut outs for the factory adjustable lop and hand stop would be preferred.

Can someone help me out? Looking to buy an aftermarket benchrest type stock for a Remington 540x but cannot find anyone that sells one.

Re: AAC cyclone is the wrong thread pitch. It looks like AAC is going to have Tornado tech turn down the barrel threads to the proper pitch. My only other option was to start all of the paperwork back over again with a new can and i wasnt going to do that.

Anyone had this done before or could recommend a gunsmith to cut and re thread a fluted barrel? Thinking about doing this for my Cyclone. Thanks.

Just went and picked up my AAC cyclone and came back disappointed. I requested M18x1.0RH thread and what i have will not even thread on. I believe they sent me one for 5/8x24. Anyone else experienced this? What can be done to the silencer or the rifle (Blaser R93 LRS2 with fluted barrel)

Re: 168 FGMM Group Sizes? My tightest groups so far were with 168's. 5 shot group measuring just under .5 at 100 yards. The rifle can shoot better than i can.

Seems that after cleaning all of the copper out of my barrel, it takes 15 to 20 rounds before my shots tighten back up. I will shoot between 1/2 and 3/4" groups after a good cleaning but once i get a few rounds thru the barrel, my groups will tighten up under 1/2" at 100 yards. Is it just me or...
