Suppressors Suppressor for AXMC 338 Lapua

I just messaged them last month regarding plans for a 338 can and they replied that they plan to release in 2020. No info given beyond that.

Suppressors Suppressor for AXMC 338 Lapua

338 Ultra fits the bill. Also keep an eye out for Dead Air's 338 can . I suspect it will be released at Shot.

    Suppressors Form 4 wait time

I don't think I remember seeing any SS Trusts coming back with the 60-90day approvals that have been coming through lately starting with July 2019 submissions. I have seen a post that said they anticipate the SS single shot trusts to process like individual applications though going forward with...

    Suppressors Form 4 wait time

I went pending 11/13 (330 days) on a trust. I have an inquiry in with my Congressman who is pro-gun. Haven't heard anything back yet but I'm guessing the ATF will send them some form letter with no real information. Have heard a few success stories so fingers crossed.

    Suppressors Trash panda or nomad

I don’t think you can go wrong with the Nomad. Great company backing it as well! Very important with NFA items.

Suppressors Alternate to TBAC for precision rifle shooting?

TBAC is great. Also take a look at Dead Air Nomad or Sandman Ti.

    Suppressors Form 4 wait time

Looks to me like ATF just got a better deal on their lockbox service with US Bank vs Bank of America. I would love to think it will improve something but I'm doubtful!

Suppressors Tbac 7 vs dead air nomad vs omega 30

Nomad for sure. For AR use, the Nomad will have substantially less backpressure which will make it less harsh at the ejection port. I have never read a single report where a Dead Air can caused any accuracy issues, and I can attest to the accuracy achieved with my Sandman Ti.

Suppressors Reasons NOT to direct thread?

I have been running a Dead Air Sandman Ti for about 2 years now and haven't regretted going direct thread. I switch it back and forth between 4 rifles and I love the repeatability of the system (also not having to buy specific muzzle devices for each host). If I was buying now I would probably...

Gunsmithing Surgeon 591 WSM Action or Defiance XM Action for a 6.5 PRC build??

Can’t go wrong with either but having both, my preference is the Surgeon. I prefer it’s bolt lift over Defiance. The Defiance is tighter clearanced as mentioned but once coating wore in its super slick.

    6.5x47 Lapua Berger 140gr Hybrid

I have 168 rounds on this barrel. I did have to retune my load around the 100-120 mark to get it back to shooting in the .1s and .2s again. Its a Jon Beanland build with a .170 throat.

    6.5x47 Lapua Berger 140gr Hybrid

Anywhere from 36.2-37.2 groups well in my 26” Hawk Hill but is best at 37.0-37.2 jumping .010. Speed around 2770 based on drop.

Suppressors Dead Air Sandman L for Precision???

I run a Sandman TI (same baffle stack as L) on my precision rifles with great results. Definitely did not hurt accuracy! They are great cans.

    6mm Creed Bushing size

How does firing a round help in determining bushing size? Bushing size would be dependent on the loaded diameter of brass/bullet combo and subtracting desired tension.
