    I too have heard the tales they are getting more petty but... too much anecdote. I like stats. And with COVID stuff, as well as random removals of funding etc it's hard to compare anything ATF does as year-over-year changes.     Same tale as the magazine cutoffs on bolt guns that persisted into WW2. Generals didn't want soldiers "wasting ammo." Lots of decisions are by people whose experience is the war before last, and who have nothing but contempt for the end users.

    Well, just bandsawed and so on, as it's kydex and phenolic, but yes made it. No, never made an aluminum one. I suspect someone should start 3D printing a better (fewer screws, click into the notches on the side of the stock) one for us all.

    On the bolt gun? I don't even think it's MLOK, is the XLR one, attached by bolting to specific corresponding holes on the XLR Element v1 stock shown. If you see another picture of it somewhere later where it has a side rail, that's me finagling the system, I machined stuff for that to happen.
