Printing mags is nothing new to me, but my concern in the CIP length and very thin walls. The material we print from is very, very similar to the nylon Magpul molds from.
Waiting on a Gen3 6-36x to come in for comparison. Might be a few years based on current order status….getting Vortex inventory on the high end stuff has been borderline impossible.
I haven't been behind them lately (BUSY), but I did make detailed notes when observing, and I have to say there wasn't any CA so noticeable I made notes about it. That being said, it does seem the "euro" scopes seem to have more CA than "non-euro" scopes on average.
Return policy is we'll take care of ya if it doesn't look used and can't be sold again. We'll still take care of you even then, but I can't do a 100% refund on something that has a bunch of marks on it.
He stated with longer barrels, cans, it wasn't reading as desired. I have no idea so don't shoot the messenger haha.
He wanted a pic rail at the end of my typical magneto mount.
I'm 100% certain you will be satisfied with my mount. You will find superior rigidity and amount of adjustment. If made in the USA is a selling point for you, ours are machined in the US, from US materials.
I've got 0 experience with this, but I did have a customer email me saying he liked his a lot and wanted a modified version of my magneto mount for the bulletseeker.
I didn't notice anything "wonky", only wish I have for the price is that the eyebox wasn't quite so touchy. On a rifle no issue, but noticeably more touchy than the ZCO or an S5 for example.
I posted a comparison with a ZCO in another thread. We can infer from this how it would compare to a Tangent, as I find the Tangent/ZCO to have similar clarity, with the ZCO have superior contrast/saturation, the Tangent has a brighter image.
