    I was looking at that exact setup. The steel 6 screw rings look like my go-to. I have no need for the slotted rail though.

    On the Badger I don't see a recoil lug on the regular rail. Only on the M40A3 seems to have one. Am I missing something? 1 pic is the A3 other is regular Rem700. Maybe I am missing what "integrated" means?

    What are the factory machine screws? I take it the 8-40 screws require opening up and re-threading the holes?

    Understandable. I just figured, if the rings are going to be top notch, then machine screws and base should be up there with them. I am a believer in "don't put $50 tires on your $3,000 wheels".

    Well, I was going through the rifle, just cleaning, no adjustments of anykind, and realised the sear was rattling inside the receiver, took it out of the stock, popped the trigger hinge pin out and the sear fell out in 2 pieces....

    When you say blank, what do you mean? Blank to me means a rifled piece of round stock that has not been machined to fit any specific rifle. Or do you mean it is already set to drop into an upper and already has all the machining done and just needs the muzzle threaded?

    Just a barrel. I have a new enhanced upper and everything to go on it. Soo many places are on back-order with decent barrels.
