    If you are asking about a necking down a 6.5 PRC, a 25-06 is about the same. If you asking thinking 300 PRC, a 25-06 will be about 30 grains short on powder capacity.

    Yes it is OK. If I had a choice, I would choose less. But what choice do you have? When you size your brass to reload, you are going to be squeezing it down to at least .334" so you might want to consider annealing your brass every 2-3 loadings.

    The spec for a 308 Norma Mag chamber neck is for it to be tapered, 8.75 mm at the front and 8.80 at the rear. The spec for the neck diameter of the cartridge is 8.65 mm. If your loaded rounds measure 3.40" and your fired cases measure .344", that is perfect.

    I ordered an action in July 2022. When I ordered it they told me it would be 15 Months. I received it a couple weeks ago. I've been waiting 18 months for a Krieger barrel.

    You must be referring to clickers, that issue is easily resolved. The PRC cartridges don't use the same case as a WSM or a 404 Jeffery.
