    I thought I was set on the IOR fixed 10x cause I really like the MP8 reticle but they aren't available with MIL knobs. Are there any other fixed 10x scopes out there available in MIL/MIL other then a USO ST10? I can't find anything.

    Range Report 69 gr. SMK vs. 77 gr. SMK

    Which would preform better at 600 yards? Going off of the Black Hills catalog it says the 69 grain SMK is 100 fps faster. This got me wondering which one would fight the wind better. I assumed the 77 since the BC is higher but when I saw the 69 was faster I wasn't sure. Anyone have any first...

    Re: Rem 700 in 223 hold moa at 800? I have only shot past 600 once so I really can't say if my 308 will shoot moa at anything further then 600 but it can at 600. I was thinking of going to a 223 for the lighter weight and cheaper ammo and lighter recoil. I almost never shoot further then 600...

    If I build a Remington 700 in 223 and put an 18 inch barrel on it will it be able to shoot at least moa out 800 yards? If not 800 will it at least do moa at 600? Edit to add will be shooting Black Hills 69 gr SMKs and barrel is a 1/7 twist.

    Gunsmithing Opening up barrel channel on B&C stock

    So I got a new B&C Light Tactical stock to replace my H-S stock. I went to slap it on tonight and the barrel channel is to small and my heavy ass barrel won't drop all the way into the channel. What's the best way to open it up without it being a total hack job?

    Re: Timmney, RifBasix, Jewell, Shilen for 700 Remme One thing I forgot to mention also is the Timney trigger I had was about four times the width of the Rifle Basix trigger and took some time to get used to. Just something to think about. Not sure if they're all that way.

    I need to order a BDL bottom metal and they have short action small bolt face and short action standard bolt face. Which one for a .308?
