    Re: 270 Win Powder and Bullets? On a side note, the 270 is not very picky on what powder it likes. If you pick a powder in the same burn rate as 4350 or 4831, it should shoot well. Just test some loads and see what it likes.

    Re: 270 Win Powder and Bullets? I've always had good luck with IMR4350 with the 130's. For the 140 and 150 grain bullets, R22 has been awesome on accuracy and given top speed. I use 4064 for my 100 grain loads with top velocity.

    Re: .260 at 2.8" OAL Which bullets? 140 A-max or 142 SMK. The 140 VLD's you can try, but they most likely won't shoot as consistant as the other 2. The 123 would be a good choice for closer in work, and be decent for the longer range stuff.
