    Re: 7MM or 300 win I like the 300WM for hunting. The 210VLD hunting bullet has a .631 BC, which is damn close to the 180VLD(7WM) BC of .659...and I like the extra weight for big game.

    Re: After market firing pin springs for Rem 700 308 I use aftermarket firing pins on all of my 700s...They pretty simple to install. They are stronger & lighter and I like anything that decreases the trigger-pull to primer engagement.
