Would like input on new .308 bolt gun to buy

If it’s a factory gun that you plan on keeping 100% stock then I love me a ruger Hawkeye long range. But if you want to mod it then I would go Tikka.

    Magpul hunter 700 stock

The Magpul 700 Hunter is a great chassis for the hunter. The ergo has more of a relaxed designed but very limited in terms of micro adjustments for comfort. The pro 700 is for the bench/PRS shooting with the Micro adjustments and its more vertical grip. And costs about $900 but if you like the...

Help me chose a custom rifle action

To me, nothing is more iconic than a ARC Mausingfield and a long action. That's what I plan on using if I ever build a 300 Norma. The only thing that it doesn't have is your 60 degree throw.. none of their actions do. but when you watch videos about ARC action, he (Ted) talks about why he...

I've got a Omega 300 but I want to get another suppressor just for my new bolt gun. Would the OSS 556 TI be a good suppressor to use on a 223 bolt gun? I know OSS are geared towards a AR type rifle but for the same price as most other cans are they compatible in sounds reduction for bolt...

    Savage

I just really like 223, easy to find ammo, light recoil, its cheap to shoot and VERY rewarding when I hear the DING from hitting steel very far away. It's just another flavor rifle to the ELR I love doing.

Help deciding! Magpul Pro 700L or Accuracy International AT

If Magpul would make the chassis for a Tikka I would build a new gun today! That being said, I love my whiskey 3. My local cabelas has the pro and I was able to play with it and I liked it a lot. solid build and good looking plus no one else seems to be using them because we all have KRG, so...
