I am going in to add to this old thread too. I have been doing some rifle bedding. I saw this old thread and wanted to post a correction. This is directly from McLube. Sailkote is not the same as McLube 1700L. I saw an old thread and used Sailkote. I had very bad results. I contacted McLube to...

More detail on methods to determine beam location please. I have always just slowly figured it out. How does the streetlight help?

    Ingenuity Precision trickler

The original trickler ships fairly quickly. I would contact IP to see what the lead time would be. The way it works is you place an order and it usually ships in a couple weeks. Mine did. With in the last year though there have been times it took longer. Their service is pretty good. Contact them

The good news is this makes the IP system look inexpensive. Kidding aside if the whole IP system works as well as the IP trickler alone it will be a good value.

And yes it was a bushing die. Someone knows their history.

Exactly right. The die was made by a bench rest smith of some repute, Jim Borden. It was done when the rifle was made. The chamber required neck turning. The rifle was a walking varmint rifle in 6BR. At least 20 years back. It was a product of its day. One of the most accurate rifles I has ever...

I guess I will comment on the custom sizing die. I love impressive machining, but wouldn't a die made with your fired brass only be good for that single barrel? So when you spun up a new barrel for that rifle you would be back to square one? Am I missing something? Some custom gunsmiths will...

Any idea of when these will ship? I pre-ordered the 12x with the SMR reticle and no extenders. My use would be western hunting and range use. No competition. The dual reticle seems a bit busy. If I would have gone 10x and extenders I would have gotten the DMR.

Rifle Scopes ZCO Hunter scope at the IWA event

I am considering the Swarovski 1.7 -13 42 SFP for a dangerous game rifle for for Africa. The Swaro is a popular option for this use. A lot of people also use the Swaro Z8 1-8. These are both 30mm tube 42mm objective scopes that weigh about 22 oz. 10 oz less than the ZCO 1.7-12x50. The European...

It only took a week or so for for my IP Powder Meter to ship a couple months back. Getting a pre-order in just puts you in the queue for manufacture and delivery I think.

I have a question about the thrower. How is it adjusted? Mechanical adjustment? Electronic? Not looking for secrets, just curious. Everyone on this site has probably used powder throwers of the same basic design. This is a very interesting departure.
